MEET OUR CHURCH STAFF
|
Jonathan Hendren, Senior Pastor |
|
Jonathan Hendren and his family came to Gateway in the spring of 2010. They began their leadership here at Gateway one month before the Middle Tennessee floods in May, 2010. Jonathan spent 6 1/2 months overseeing the reconstruction of our facility in 2010. Our church re-opened it's doors on November 14, 2010.
The Hendrens have been in ministry since 1980. They have served in the role of Children's Pastor, Small Groups Pastor, Christian Education Director, and Senior Pastor. Lisa and Jonathan have two boys David age 7 and Jeremiah age 14. Come and visit us, where God is doing incredible things in those that attend!
Thanks for visiting our website and we hope to see you in church!
Jaime Perera, Hispanic Pastor
Jaime and Nadya Perera are our Hispanic Pastors. They have one son, Nathan. They meet every Sunday at 2 PM for our weekly Hispanic Service.
Valierie Hawkins, Worship Leader
Valierie and Eric Hawkins have one child, Anah. Valierie leads our worship team as they usher our congregation into the presence of God through praise and worship.
Jenny joined our staff in 2010 and has "hit the ground running!" She and her husband Ray are both going through the Credentialing process to become Certified Ministers with the Assemblies of God Organization. Recent events include the Tennessee Youth Convention in Chattanooga, Hayride and Bonfire, Movie Night, and Lock-In! Jenny is married to Ray Hill and they have a daughter named Bella and a son named Brent.
